Mrweb Cross-Chain Bridge is Live

One of our goals is to build on the best blockchain networks in the crypto space. As such, we chose the Tron network because it is among one of the best in the space.

Our team further researched into the blockchain space and a decision was made to also build on Binance chain which is currently among the top blockchain networks in the space. This decision was not in an attempt to ditch Tron network for Binance chain network but rather something that will let users use the two best blockchain networks in the space.

After months of hard work in our cross-chain platform development, we have successfully launched our bridge site for use by the public. It is worth knowing that mrweb cross-chain bridge is one of the best of its kind. All projects that run on the Tron network that wish to bridge to binance chain can easily use our platform to do this by applying to be added to our list.

This is one of the platforms in the space to easily allow bridging of TRC20 TO BEP20. Users do not need to go through any complex processes and wait for longer confirmation periods.

How to Use the Platform

Before using the platform, you must have the following;

1. Metamask and tronlink extension installed on your desktop browser(use desktop browser only)

2. Both extensions must be connected to the site https://amaswap.org/bridge/home. Do not connect to just one. Both extensions must be connected before proceeding to the next steps of transfer of tokens between the two networks. connecting to just one may lead to a permanent loss.

3. Make sure you have some TRX and BNB to take care of the transaction costs. Irrespective of the direction where you are bridging to(i.e either from TRC20 to BEP20 or BEP20 to TRC20), you must have some balance left on each of these coin balances(TRX and BNB)

4. If you enter a wrong destination address to the destination address section, your funds will be lost forever. Do take your time and make sure you have copied exactly the address you want your new tokens to be sent to and paste in the destination text field. For example, if you are transferring from TRC20 to BEP20, you must provide a BEP20 address to where the bridged tokens will be sent to. Using a TRC20 address will lead to a permanent loss.

The Bridging Process
The First Steps:
1. Log in to tronlink and metamask extension from your desktop browser

2. Visit the bridge platform, https://amaswap.org/bridge/home

3. When prompted by tronlink app to connect to the site, accept it. Do also accept to connect metamask to the site. You can manually click on connect to wallet when the site does not update your wallet information(the wallet to display is the one you are going to bridge from). If you are bridging from TRC20 to BEP20, the website will display your TRC20 address. The same happens for the other way round.

Bridging From TRC20 to BEP20

After the above steps are checked and completed, let’s move to the next steps below.

Click on the select a token field and choose AMA from the list(AMA is the only token at the moment. We may add other project tokens in the near future, in such event, you must select the right token)

2. Make Sure the order of the bridge is right. That is from TRX to BSC as indicated in the image below

3. In the amount field, enter the amount of TRC20 tokens you want to bridge to BEP20 tokens. The max button is not functional as at the time of writing so you would hav to enter the amount you want to bridge to TRC20 tokens manually.

Enter your BEP20 address in the destination address field as shown below.

4. Click on Swap Now to begin the bridge process. Do not refresh the page. Tronlink and metamask extensions will pop up with a confirmation or sign message. All you have to do is to confirm or sign the pop-ups. Please, do check that the information displayed is correct before you confirm.

Note: For the first time using this platform, the confirmation and sign messages from tronlink and metamask will be more than old users. You do not have to worry. Just click and confirm the pop-ups.

The above are some of the pop-ups that may appear on the screen during the swap process.

5. Wait until receiving is confirmed on the swap page. After a successful bridge from TRC20 to BEP20, the page will refresh the bridge homepage.

6. Check the destination address to confirm if you have received the new BEP20 tokens.

Note: Check and make sure the transaction fees are not higher than budgeted. In which case, the only solution is to wait for the gas or fees to come low. This may hinder fast transfer though.

Bridging from BEP20 to TRC20 tokens

1. Click on the select a token field and choose AMA from the list

2. Make Sure the order of the bridge is right. That is from BSC to TRX as indicated in the image below by clicking on the arrows in the middle.

3. In the amount field, enter the amount of BEP20 tokens you want to bridge to TRC20 tokens. The max button is not functional at the time of writing so you would have to enter the amount you want to bridge to TRC20 tokens manually.

Enter your TRC20 address in the destination address field as shown below.

6. Check the destination address to confirm if you have received the new BEP20 tokens.

How to see your BEP20 AMA Tokens on Metamask

1. Log in to metamask

2. Visit our official site, https://mrweb.finance

3. Click on Add $AMA to your wallet from the top right side of the homepage.
